Woven patches allow for small text and fine details not possible with a traditional embroidered patch. They include a backing for durability and stitched merrowing around the border. Iron-on, Peel & Stick or Hook & Loop backing options are also available.

Created on the same looms as our high quality woven labels, our woven patches have the classic look of an embroidered patch with a superior level of detail and a softer texture. Their flexibility and light weight makes them ideal on hats, backpacks, jackets, and other more delicate items as well. After weaving, they are starched and backed, and a ⅛” classic-stitched (merrowed) border is added. For the adventurous among us, we offer custom cut-to-shape options with laser-cut edges!
