We produce from 1 inch up to 6+ inches. Most popular: 2-3 inches for woven patches on hats, 3-4 inches for jackets and uniforms.

Edge Options
Our woven patches offer two edge options: Merrowed and Laser cut. The standard Mer- rowed edge, created with a specialized machine, features a wrap-around stitch with a width of 1⁄8 inch, ideal for square or circular shapes. For intricate designs or smaller patches, the Laser cut edge is recommended. This state-of-the-art process utilizes cutting-edge laser technology to precisely cut the patch along the custom shape of the design, providing greater flexibility.
Customize with Versions
Customize your woven patch with the ability to add versions. A ‘version’ is a minor modifica- tion or variation in your artwork. Changes in colors fall under the version category as well as small text changes (ie. personalized names). Please note that any significant changes to the artwork or design, such as changing shapes, or size of the patch, do not fall under ‘ver- sions’ and must be processed as separate orders. We charge a flat fee of $25 for each version change.
