Woven Clothing Labels For Apparel
We produce premium woven labels and custom clothing tags that truly stand out from the competition. In particular, our damask woven labels utilize air-jet looms, fine denier thread and ultrasonic cutting machines for best-in-class woven tags. Both sew-on and iron on woven labels are available.
Cotton clothing labels are soft to the touch and offer 3 cotton material colors to choose from (black, white or natural). Heat Transfer Labels For T-Shirts
New York Custom Labels has developed what we consider the best plastisol heat transfer labels for t-shirts. We've achieved the soft feel of a screen print, vibrant colors and the durability to withstand multiple washes. Also called tagless labels, heat transfers are arguably easier to apply than traditional fabric neck labels.
If you don't have a heat press, our transfers can be applied effectively with a home iron. Tagless clothing labels are lightweight and won't itch the skin, making them ideal for t-shirts or other undergarments. Design your tagless heat press labels in up to 4 colors. Woven Patches For Hats & Beanies
Custom patches have a long history as military insignia. More recently, woven patches have become a fashionable way for brands to embellish garments. Traditional embroidered patches are generally finished with a wrapped thread edge called a 'merrowed border'. We also provide laser cut patches for custom shapes and custom iron on patches for fast application.
A woven patch is well suited to designs with small text or fine details that may not translate well on a custom embroidered patch. PVC patches are durable and look great sewn onto baseball caps. Our embossed leather patches are perfect for jeans and other fashion applications.

In addition to labels, your custom apparel for retail sale deserves an eye-catching hang tag. Almost all garments sold nationwide have a paper hang tag attached for good reason. Apart from the garment itself, custom hang tags are the most attractive way for designers to reinforce brand identity and communicate important product information.
Our cardstock hang tags offer a full color print and the ability to add your artwork to both sides. They include hang tag string and safety pins. Don't have years of sewing experience? Our team includes professionally trained sewing machine operators who can help sew patches on hats or sew fabric labels on apparel.
